Today it is the company Castel d'Alfiolo srl that takes care of this very large estate consisting of the Abbey, several farmhouses, a lake of almost 4 hectares and the land, about 630 hectares, divided between arable land, pasture, forest, vineyard and olive grove.The farm is certified "SQNPI" Sistema Qualità Nazionale Produzione Integrata.
